Hamilton has been coming to Lourdes since 1992, at the age of 17 years old, initially as a Stagiere, supporting the Lourdes Hospitalite to welcome Pilgrims and with Ampleforth Pilgrimage since 2002. He has been Chief Doctor to the Ampleforth Pilgrimage between 2016 and 2023.
Lourdes is like his second home, a place of many friendships, fun and love.
As a Community Paediatrician, Hamilton, has a passion for team working, inclusivity and enabling vulnerable people to become confident in being themselves and having fun.
Hamilton lives in North Wales with his wife, Cyntina and 2 children, Maya & Reuben and hopes that one day they might come to Lourdes with him too.
